At TCI Solutions, we provide non-clinical professional services that support growth, clarity, and transformation. These services are distinct from clinical or medical care.

Focuses on clarity, growth, and forward momentum. Coaches partner with clients to identify goals, overcome barriers, and pursue lasting change. Our coaching professionals hold credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global standard in coaching excellence. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Provides strategic guidance, organizational clarity, and practical solutions for leaders and teams. Consultants bring expertise, frameworks, and actionable insights to help organizations thrive.

Addresses emotional and spiritual health in a safe, supportive environment. Counseling at TCI is faith-informed and provided by Licensed and Ordained Pastors, credentialed as Board Certified Pastoral Counselors through the International Board of Christian Counselors (IBCC), a recognized segment of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). This credential is faith-based and non-clinical in nature, and does not represent state licensure or clinical counseling certification. *No TCI team members are licensed clinical counselors. All clinical needs are referred to licensed partners.

No Clinical Services
TCI Solutions does not provide clinical, medical, or psychiatric services. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or mental health conditions. Clients requiring such services should seek licensed healthcare providers.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. By engaging with TCI Solutions, you affirm that you understand our services are non-clinical in nature and agree to maintain your own relationship with licensed healthcare providers as appropriate.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCI Solutions, its team members, and affiliates disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law & Venue
These disclaimers and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Columbia County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Dr. Livingston provided advisory guidance confirming that under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 43-10A-7, subsections 10-12), pastoral counselors may legally offer religious, faith-based counseling as long as they do not represent themselves as licensed professional counselors. This consultation supports TCI's compliance framework and safeguards.

TCI Solutions maintains a partnership with Life Management Group of Augusta (LMG), a licensed practice staffed by PhDs, LPCs, and clinical supervisors. This ensures clients can access licensed care when needed, while still receiving ongoing non-clinical support through TCI.
