Each role shaped the lens through which Dr. Stephen Cutchins sees the world, converging into a singular calling: to help people answer life’s hardest questions about leadership and purpose — empowering both professional achievement and personal growth. Too many drift from their God-given purpose because their questions go unanswered, or unasked.

The vision for TCI began in 2015 in Austin, Texas, during a personal vision exercise with leadership author Michael Hyatt. By 2017, it took shape as The Cutchins Institute — born not from ambition, but from a calling to serve. In 2023, Stephen and his wife, Wendy, co-founded The Cutchins Institute, LLC, expanding its reach to walk with leaders, professionals, and families through seasons of change with faith at the center.

In 2025, the Institute registered a DBA as TCI Solutions — a name reflecting both continuity and growth, moving beyond one leader to a team committed to whole-person transformation. At the core is the Transform | Cultivate | Innovate™ Framework, integrating coaching, consulting, and pastoral counsel into a path of clarity, growth, and legacy.

In 2025, the Institute registered a DBA as TCI Solutions — a name reflecting both continuity and growth, moving beyond one leader to a team committed to whole-person transformation.
